For scalp conditioning and hair growth, apply to scalp and roots. Leave on for a few minutes before showering, then wash hair as normal. For more intense treatment, apply as described and leave in for up to 20 minutes before washing.
Treatment for coarse or dry hair - rub a small amount in palms and evenly distribute through hair. Note: this is a heavy-conditioning treatment, and will leave hair shiny. For finer hair types, this will leave an oily appearance if you do not wash it out after treatment.
